Surrender your awakening consciousness to your heart by counting down 10...9...8... all the way to one. As you count down your awareness gets transferred from your head to your heart center. For example...
10 is your head, 5 is your throat, and 1 is your heart center. As you count down you feel your consciousness, that lives in your head, moving down to the heart center. Repeat the Mind to Heart drop a few times quickly. The entire exercise will probably not take more than 30 seconds.
